Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Vincero. All of our products are handcrafted to order using premium exotic leather, making each piece unique. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges under certain conditions.
Made-to-Order Products
All Vincero products are crafted to order. As each item is individually produced to your specifications, standard return rights — including the EU 14-day cooling-off period — do not apply to made-to-order goods pursuant to applicable consumer protection legislation.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before production has commenced. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email at mustafann001@gmail.com or through any of our official communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram).
Exchanges
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product, we will arrange an exchange free of charge. For all other exchange requests, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when an exchange is arranged.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our concierge team at mustafann001@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details and photographs of the item.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange.
Refunds
In cases where a refund is applicable (e.g. order cancellation before production), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
