All Vincero products are handcrafted to order. Please allow for production and delivery time as outlined below.

Order Confirmation

After submitting an inquiry through our website, a member of our concierge team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm your order and arrange payment.

Production Time

Each item is individually crafted to your specifications. Production takes approximately 10–20 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your country.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Duties and Taxes

All import duties and taxes are covered by Vincero. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control. If you experience a delay, please contact us and we will assist you.
